My first project attempted to tie all the grammar I have learned together with all the kanji I have learned. My project did not turn out exactly the way I wanted due to the sheer number of kanji that I know. I was taken by surprise when I realized exactly how much work really needed to go into it. I do regret the fact that despite working on it everyday for 2 weeks, I was not able to use all of the kanji that I know but I suppose I should be pleased as I put a great amount of time and effort into the project. The project turned out well in the end and I think it really demonstrates my knowledge of Kanji and the grammar we have learned.

This is my goals and strategies document. I find this to be one of the most difficult things about Dulap as it requires to really pay attention to what have done and what you are going to do in order to meet your goals.
This is my first audio sample. I spent a lot of time practicing and made several recordings before I decided on which was best. I feel that speaking is still my weakest area in Japanese and I feel that doing the audio samples helped me gain more confidence in my speaking ability as well as to better understand the way I am supposed to sound while speaking. I still have a little trouble with intonation with some words and maintaining the proper flow of conversation is difficult as well but I think I am really improving in this area even if it is slow progress. I think this shows my Interpretive listening skills as well as Interpersonal speaking skills to some extent.
