I believe I did ok on my midterm but I struggled with using new vocabulary when I was not strictly prompted to do so. When the target grammar structures were not used in the question, I just gave my natural response without thinking of the newest grammar.
These were the comments I received on my Midterm:
Good job. Would have liked to see more targeted structures like 〜という、なる、〜でしょう、〜そう、〜よてい Very communicative, but using new structures and vocabulary will push you to the next level of speaking.
