My second audio sample fulfilled my presentational speaking goal. I remember when I was in the language lab recording the sample I had over ten different recordings. Each time I tried different speaking techniques and practiced the ways I felt most comfortable using. I listened intently to the sample, searching for each specific sound and pronunciation. For this sample I paid attention to how I accent my words and overall sounds of my letters closer than the previous sample. Between the oral version of my written introduction and this pre-prepared piece, the confidence, sounds, and speed of my speech have improved throughout the semester.
